THE BEACH
Wasaga Beach is a jewel and should be given the attention, care and DAILY upkeep it deserves.
Having enjoyed the Beach since the 50's I can speak from MY experiences to what changes are required to "MAKE THE BEACH BEAUTIFUL AGAIN "
1. Remove all weeds , phrags , and unatural vegitation.
2. Maintain 1. above as frequently as required
3. Rake up debris and remove as frequently as required
4. Return GARBAGE cans and remove garbage as frequently as required.
5. Return lifeguards to beach area,s 1 through 6
6. increase park access cost to help offset the costs
7. increase property tax's by 1% and direct the funds to the Beach maintenance.
8. Supply clean washroom facilities at each beach area

We are fortunate to also have a residence in HOLLYWOOD Beach Florida.
The beach streches south to Hallendale and north to Fort Lauderdale . Substatially bigger than Wasaga and it is pristine every day 12 months a year.
It might be interesting if someone from the ministry visited and copied the successful agenda they follow.

The town should stop trying to create a downtown area, and accept that the attraction is the Beach, and work hand in hand with the province to " MAKE THE BEACH BEAUTIFUL AGAIN "
