A change I personally would like to see, would be to allow natives to each receive a tag, but required to register the tag they buy, it would be an easier way to track down the numbers of moose killed, as we often see multiple moose killed by 1 native. I am happy for most of the new changes they want to put on, the point system. Control the calf tags given out etc.. thank you
