Concerns about the time frames . Are hunters going to know well ahead if they have a chance for a tag especially for fly ins that require a large down payment . Dates should be part of the equation for this reason and those working having to book time off on vacation.
There is no mention of the indigenous impact on harvest , the over killing of animals during both spring and winter yard hunting . Twice as a group we have been offered moose for sale by indigenous hunters. Are the Chiefs going to be involved and control some of the abuses?
Are lodges going to have controls on tags at outrages prices for resale or is this going to be altered and monitored?
