stop what you're doing and listen to advocates and people who know. the issue is not with supply-- Toronto has more condos in development than any other city in North America. The issue is with a lack of regulations over ensuring affordable housing and that people and families actually LIVE in the condos. stop building tiny one-person condos that are exorbitant in pricing and start building family friendly, affordable housing/apartments. DO NOT OPEN UP THE GREEN BELT. LISTEN TO EVIDENCE. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN US TO THE FEUDAL ERA. Whoever the policy analyst/program analyst is reading this, you have the power to organize and rebel against this monstrosity of a government who is trying to return us to a medieval state of powerlessness.
