Do away with the party hunt…

Do away with the party hunt and individual applicants. Change it to a group hunt issuing a tag to the group as a hole eleminating the need for tag transfers.But set a minimum number and maximum number of hunters per group (ex 3 and 10) you could still use the point system for the group. Change cow and calf tag to an antlerless tag same as the deer, this would help in eliminating smaller cows beening mistakening shot as calfs
