I personal think you are creating a more complicated draw system. I believe that hunt camps should be registered and 1 tag allotted to each camp.The Calf hunting should be dropped to every other year.I do not think you have the rights to restrict hunting groups to 10 people this discriminates on hunt camps that have be in existence for years with 15 or more members.I do not agree with your split week for the season it ties a person up for 2 weekends and is hard to schedule holidays for it.
