The proposed changes are a license to destroy the lands and waters and gives local property owners, especially those located near Crown land negligible say in the quarrying. These proposals loosed environmental oversights to the point where there aren't any. These proposals will basically make quarrying a free for all with very little oversight and property owners will shunned aside with no rights.
These proposals need to be thrown out altogether.
