I wish there was more in the act about protecting communities affected by new gravel l pits - specifically
many, many trucks and crusher noise. When a new application is approved within 300 metres of homes it suggests that more care should be taken to protect Ontario citizens from noise on a perpetual basis.

In my mind protection from loud noise is perhaps as important as adherence to water table agreements.
