I run a fleet of pre emission system motor trucks, simply for reliability. My livelihood and supporting my family depends of these trucks working daily. Today’s current emission trucks are unreliable and incredibly expensive to repair. The downtime these trucks cause is unacceptable for me, my family and my customers. I pay my taxes, get me E test done and follow all the rules, yet I’m being assumed as a criminal for using equipment that works properly. It’s unfair to smaller operators who can’t afford to buy new trucks every year, which is the only way you can survive with today’s new trucks because they simply don’t work.
