I am writing to indicate my very strong support of the Flag Resources (1985) Limited mineral exploration permit in Mackelcan Township. Provided that the obligations of the Mining Act are met, prospecting and exploration must be allowed to continue on existing mining claims and leases in Forest Reserves. In this case Flag Resources will be working along existing roads, so no trees will be disturbed, and the results of their exploration will provide important information relevant to areas outside the Forest Reserve. Under these circumstances there is no reasonable case to be made for denying access.
