We are concerned that cumulative effects from many aggregates clustered together have never been studied and adverse effects assessed and peer reviewed on issues relating to the environment.

We are concerned that no studies or peer reviews of studies have been done to ensure no adverse effects on all health issues from all environmental issues caused by these aggregate operations now being clustered together at an alarming rate causing a need for the study of the cumulative effects on the environment not just the individual environmental studies being done on the individual operation as it currently stands under the ARA.

The causes from theses environment and health issues from the cumulatively combined aggregate operations must be answered from all regulatory bodies before a license is granted.
