Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments to the Aggregate Resources Act. Brampton Brick Limited supports the comments provided by the Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. In addition Brampton Brick Limited would like to submit the following additional comment:

Brampton Brick Limited supports the ability to self-file routine amendments. However, the definition of “major” and “minor” amendments should be clearly provided in the Act.
