I support the changes and in particular the elimination of the public meeting requirement for golf courses. Having hosted meetings since inception, my experience with attendees has never been about public education or use enlightenment. On the rare occasion that someone would actually show up, they would always come to the table with an unrelated issue they wanted to voice - usually with a hostile tone. Never pleasant, never productive and never related to the purpose of the meeting.
