It is essential that this moratorium be extended. By the end of the extension, the decision should be that Nestlé (and similar companies, processes) should be denied any opportunity to remove water from aquifers. Our supply of groundwater is limited, especially since its renewal rate is so slow (thousands of years). The water is needed for the local communities and agriculture.
