Thank you for this proposal to extend the moratorium on taking public groundwater and "giving" it to private conglomerates to sell for profit. This pause will stop development and allow more evidence to be gathered, distributed and considered. The eventual goal is to stop this misuse of public resources once a for all, but this is a good step in the right direction
