Thirty days is not enough time to review major changes to law. One big change that I don't think is appropriate is regarding Section 14(1) of the Environmental Protection Act where may will be replaced with likely. This is a fundamental change and should not occur. I am not in support the removal of the definition of regulated person under section 1 of the EPA.
