Folks - you really need to get on with this and set forth a reasonable and permanent solution. This constant churn and waste of government resources should be a source of embarrassment for all those involved both past and present. When people complain about bureaucracy, this is exactly what they are complaining about.
Please put forth a reasonable and permanent offer, and please move on to more pressing and important issues.
