Just one example, explain how capping fines at $200,000 with no defined timlelines for industry polluters is going to motivate them to a) stop the pollution b) clean up the mess as soon as possible ? There may be processes that can be streamlined to help business, but removing regulations that were fought for for decades is not better for the people of Ontario.
