I am a cottage owner and fully support the 3 year extension with a request that a permanent tenure solution to cottages in Rondeau Park be determined ASAP. I would also ask that the lease extension be automatically granted without the need for hard signatures as this is an administrative burden for many people at this time of year who may be away.
