The price for any extensions or renewal of bulk bottled water should increase at least by a magnitude of 10. Only if plastic bottled water is expensive enough will people stop buying it and the proliferation of one-use plastic is destroying our environment. Furthermore, no new permits should be issued for the use of new plastic bottled water.

Bottled water in plastic bottles became mainstream in 1989. Our world was able to function well before that without disposable water bottles and because of the serious environmental contamination it caused, we have to go back to the pre 1989 area.
