How about a use or loose policy on harvesting rights.how a certain company can hold multiple licenses in our area , but only run 2 out of 5 facilities, is wrong.if the facility is not running.... then the license for that facility should be on hold .
It’s my understanding that a license is granted, to run the facility allotted to?
So how can u let companies use the fibre off of a licence for a facility hundreds of miles away?
