As someone who was born and grew up in Ontario, I support the extension of the moratorium so that the province can complete the proper research and public consultation before a decision is reached. I would also like to state that I agree with the position that climate change, communities that rely on groundwater, and growing populations make a strong case for keeping commercial taking of Ontario's groundwater to the current levels or reducing it slightly.
