Create infrastructure using the province-wide highway system as a network AND work closely with municipalities so gaps aren't created.

#4 Comprehensive cycling education program that complements CanBike with province-wide delivery is a super point!

Develop a distinct brand for Ont's program and instructor certification program.

Ensure that there is funding attached to developing instructors away from big cities.

Create a PROVINCIAL BIKE COORDINATOR.

Put cycling questions into driver education materials and tests.

Develop incentives to communities offering bike education programs.

General Suggestions:

Put new information on licence/car renewal forms such as the 1 metre passing law

Create a driver/cyclist diversion program - instead of a fine, a re-education program
