A great strategy. A few minor comments:

- There is not much mention about maintenance. We struggle with maintenance especially in the winter it would be great to see the Province offer more support/resources/funding on how to deal with maintaining cycling facilities, and to promote cycling all year round. - Aspirational Goal #2: “supports and promotes cycling for all trips under 5km”: I agree with this goal but it needs a little more direction. Every person has a different starting point. Perhaps the goal would be that cycling is supported for all trips within 5km of a downtown core and transit station. - Provide financial and administrative support for the CAN-BIKE program
