My comments below resp and teach cycling as a fun activity.

"Develop a distinct brand for Ontario’s cycling education program and instructor certification that will be used for marketing and promoting cycling education" Using existing cycling education in Canada from Can Bike instead of investing money into reinventing the wheel.

"Build on the Pan/ParaPan American Games legacy to leverage the Velodrome to support cycling for all purposes" Omit this section as it only serves one municipality and does not support the province as a whole.

"Create Ontario Cycling Coordination Committee"

Recognize and involve community cycling groups to inform the cycling committee of important areas for improvement and development.

Increase Cycling Tourism Opportunities

"Improve wayfinding for cyclists"

Create and implement a province-wide set of guidelines for signage. This set of guidelines may be built upon national standards for signage such as wayfinding used on Trans-Canada routes.
