The Blue Water Alliance clustering ecosystem is modeled after a successful, widespread and proven system in Europe especially in Germany.
It more or less fulfills the same positive functions as a trade association.
It informs, educates, helps and supports its members with ongoing business and technical related education, change in codes and regulations, information how to export, safety related training, environmental related issues, member group insurances, labor issues, marketing aspects, available government grands, ..........
Private initiatives like that should be encouraged and supported by the government.
