As I watch the great changes…

As I watch the great changes in the number and species of birds that used to show up every year in my backyard, I am deeply concerned for these proposed changes. Instead of going backwards we need to make changes to what species are missing on the list from 1994. There are many more species at risk since that time and I do not trust Premier Ford with any of his conservative party ideas when it comes to our environment and all the flora and fauna that still exist in it. I am opposed to the impending changes and everyone I know feels the same. We live in a precious and beautiful place not far from Algonquin Park and I know the world is also watching. How we are viewed by tourists can have a great impact on our economy, which Doug Ford is apparently focused on, but in a skewed and ignorant way. Please do not allow him to destroy what is already compromised and teetering on the brink at this time in our ever changing climate. We must protect all we can while there is still time.
