We do not need more soil erosion and flooding to deal with as a province.
No new development should go ahead without a comprehensive study that looks at the long range climate change impact over 100 years. Lost carbon sequestration from lost trees need to be factored in at no less than $150/ton, the cost to suck out carbon from the atmosphere.
