Forests aid in climate change and that aspect is not noted in the general statement of the proposal.
There is no venue to encourage use of wood from forests by a smaller woodlot owner especially in Eastern Ontario as it becomes uneconmical to to harvest and then ship to a mill for processing. This is an example of a resource that is under valued and under used.
