I support this proposal…

I support this proposal wholeheartedly! I find it infuriating that as a resident, I pay for my water services, and am limited to how and when I use my water outside during the summer to reserve our precious resource, YET these corporations can come take what they please and re-sell it to fellow residents! First of all, water is a human right, how can we be supporting the business of bottling and putting a price tag on it when there are whole communities going without? Secondly, how does following my bylaws around watering gardens and grass help if large corporations are taking whatever they want? We absolutely must be considering the rights of people before corporations.
