Too often the governments of Ontario have tried to bypass requirements and this is wrong. All projects require oversight, that is why regulations are in place. To remove them is not acceptable. They are not red tape, they are protections. To leave these processes out makes a project legally wrong. Stop trying to ignore due process. It creates dangerous precident and could have unwanted consequences. Especially archaeological determination.
