Please be advised that Township of Puslinch Council, at its meeting held on September 2, 2020 considered the aforementioned topic and subsequent to discussion, the following was resolved:

That the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks Proposal to extend the current moratorium on water bottling permits be received; and

That Council support to extend the current moratorium on new or increased permits to take groundwater to produce bottled water for up to 6 months, to April 1, 2021; and

That the motion of support be posted to the Environmental Registry of Ontario, and forwarded to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
