My uncle has been a falconer…

My uncle has been a falconer for many years. He has been active in supporting hawk studies his whole life - i.e. - hawk banding, kestrel nest box projects, and promoting bird of prey awareness to the public. The best ally for birds of prey are people who love them the most, especially falconers. 

I whole heartily support this amendment to wild take, as it will improve falconry immensely, while encouraging more active citizen science and conservation.
