I am very concerned to learn from Friends of Temagami that the ministry is considering a new application from Flag Resources to do mineral exploration in the Wolf Lake area of Temagami.

I've paddled and camped in this area numerous times and am horrified by the idea that the provincial government seems willing to trade this priceless resource for some quick economic gain for some private enterprise.

Wilderness belongs to all of us. And it sounds like you're giving away part of it — three favoured campsites are to be bulldozed, I'm told — without any regard for the rest of us who use it, without any regard to the future, without any regard for the environment.

Please reject this application and help preserve Wolf Lake for future generations.
