I am in full agreement with the proposal. Northern goshawks are a very secretive bird and as such it can be often difficult to actually determine their numbers. The OHC has gone to extraordinary lengths in the past few years to get out and actually find and record nests and nesting results. that data supports a harvest of this bird. Limiting the number harvested is fine, but biologically an unrestricted harvest would have no impact on the population.
