My father is a licensed falconer that literally pays more attention to his bird than he does me lol
He has always been attentive and continues to be which is at it should be in taking on such a responsibility. Which leads to my point that in having to be in possession of the bird year round it limits his participation in family activities or other vacation opportunities as he is unable to leave the house for extended periods due to the needs and care the bird requires. I think there are many positive reasons for this proposal to be passed and they are in the favour of the falcon and the falconer.
