Capital Power provides its comments with respect to ERO #019-2149 and the proposed revocation of Ontario Regulation 355/17 via the attached letter.
As requested, the key points of our letter are summarized as follows:
Views on Revocation: Capital Power supports the Ministry’s proposal to revoke O. Reg. 355/17 for the reasons outlined in ERO #019-2149.
Views on Next Steps: Capital Power looks forward to working with the Ministry to develop a workable and resilient framework for long-term energy planning in Ontario and we welcome the opportunity to meet with the Ministry to share our initial thoughts and views in this regard.
