I greatly support this proposal as it would allow more falconers to have access to wild birds and falconers play an important role in raptor conservation. My aunt is an active falconer and adding goshakws (a crucial species that is difficult to obtain elsewhere) to the wild take for falconry would encourage further efforts to monitor and study this species. After all, this approach has been used successfully in other provinces and U.S. states so why wouldn't it work here?
