Water companies should purchase water from our world class municipality water plants at a rate that cities wish to charge. water is a very limited resource. Also in Canada no one really needs bottled water, what a waste of plastic, and resources, and garbage in our lakes and lands. Torontos water forinstance is probably better then water coming out of the ground. We should shut down water permits.
