My mother is a licensed falconer and she hasn’t been drawn for the wild take lottery for a few years. I can’t think of anyone more deserving than she when it comes to having success with the draw; she’s a huge conservationist and naturalist and always put her birds first. If the lottery were omitted she would finally be able to have a merlin. Thank you for considering this proposal it’s going to be a positive experience for Ontario falcons.
