I have family that has been training and hunting with birds of prey for as long as I can remember. Ontario does not have a lot of falconers but has done a phenomenal job with their falconry club and how they protect these birds. This is a very unique hobby that requires falconers to have proper and strict training, proper housing, and sufficient experience to handle these birds on their own. I support the proposal and feel by enhancing the program just adds more benefits to the falconer's experience and the health and survival of these beautiful birds.
