Incentive should be given to businesses that deposit return system such as carried out by The Beer Store. Circle K does a fine job with milk jug deposits and we once had a great system of bottle deposit for the soda pop industry. At one time Becker's had returnable, reusable milk jugs.
A move to reusable containers should be rewarded with incentive. The best way to have a viable reduce reuse recycle program is to divert more things away from trash and blue boxes.
