On behalf of The Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore, I am submitting the following motion of Council duly passed at the November 10, 2020 meeting:

Direct the Clerk to file a comment objecting to the Province of Ontario’s proposed Bill 215 amendments to the Municipal Act, 2001, as described in the report presented at the November 10, 2020 meeting.
The above-noted report has been enclosed and form part of the Town's submission.
