Ontario needs to introduce a carbon fee and dividend program that allows polluters to pay the cost of their carbon use and management while ensuring those less able to pay have a refund.

Ontario also needs to find more green energy solutions and to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels and atomic energy.  We can do this by increasing each individual energy users ability to produce their own solar power.  Thus making them independent small producers.
