As a lifelong citizen of Sault Ste. Marie, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer at 38 years old, I strongly oppose this extension and feel the citizens of Sault .Ste. Marie deserve better. We deserve a government that holds that The Algoma Steel accountable. Is it too much to ask to at least ensure this company meets provincial standards in terms of pollution emissions. Our city and its resident are suffering. We deserve better!
