Process to update an Engineer's Report.
In general, I like this proposed amendment. However, "minor" changes to an Engineer's report should not be subject to approval of the Drainage Superintendent. The Drainage Superintendent is an employee of the Municipality, who are an assessed landowner. One assessed landowner should not have the right of veto over all others, as the Act is intended to treat all assessed landowners equally.
