The City of Barrie appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed regulatory changes to the Director’s Directions - Minimum Requirements for Operational Plans. We are in favour of the proposed changes to:
1. Clarify the language about making the operational plan available for viewing on a website
accessible to the public (Section 5.0).
2. Simplify the Schedule “B” Operational Plans Content Requirements.
3. In general, move towards providing electronic alternatives to meet requirements.
