This proposal is completely unacceptable. Planning decisions should be made at the local level with public consultation, not by the province. This proposal is undemocratic, anti-environment, and goes against planning best practices. This is frankly just an attempt for the PC government to appease its developer donors and it disgusts me. Where is the transparency? What happened to "for the people" ? This seems like corruption and very short sighted thinking by this government. Shame on all of you!
