The use of MZO to override existing protections of wetlands and other environmentally sensitive is contrary to the intent with which these were established. Wetlands are critical to the maintenance of water quality and flood plains. With increasing weather extremes flooding is becoming an increasing concern. It does not seem worthwhile to jeopardize the long term value of these resources for the sake of putting up a warehouse. Surely there are other places that can be used for this type of development.
