Hello,
Please remove schedule 3 from bill 257. I do not agree in using the broad band bill to include this significant environmental legislation. In addition, it is my opinion that schedule 3 concentrates too much power and would further eliminate the public involvement in planning decisions. It is my understanding that schedule 3 would be implemented to support MZOs and I do not support the use of MZOs, except in very rare circumstances, and I do not agree with the current government’s frequent use of MZOs.
